Fix timetable problems

If unit activities clash or are full, you will have an incomplete timetable.

To fix this, your options are:

Check MUTTS for when units are scheduled

Add or discontinue units in WES

Changes to enrolment made in WES show up in Allocate+ within 2 hours

Usual response time is about 3 days
