Overview
Green collar jobs set to grow.
Government and business predict continued growth in the green collar job market in the coming years despite the economic crisis gripping global markets.
Governments around the world will spend billions on economic stimulus packages. Much of this will be directed towards preparing for a carbon constrained economy and tackling climate change. It is expected jobs will be created in a cross section of disciplines.
The Sustainability Careers Expo is a great opportunity for students to hear directly from employers in the green sector.
