Transition Related School Visits

The Monash Transition Program undertakes school visits as a community service to assist students achieve improved outcomes in their transition to university. Students, parents and teachers find such information sessions to be valuable because they focus on the issues affecting students' transition to university.

Timing

• An appropriate time to hold transition information sessions is during Term 3 or early Term 4.

Audiences

• Year 12 students only
• Year 12 students and parents
• Parents only
• Teachers only
