Tertiary Information ServiceWhat is the Tertiary Information Service?The Tertiary Information Service (TIS) is a collective of Victorian universities, TAFE colleges and other education providers who run information sessions for Year 12 students on tertiary study. What are TIS sessions?A TIS session consists of:
Information sessions are presentations by a panel of various tertiary representatives, covering areas such as the VTAC application process, accommodation options, scholarships, researching post-secondary school options and more. 'Supermarket' sessions, allow students to pick up information on courses and institutions and speak one-on-one with tertiary representatives for further course and study advice. Is Monash involved?Monash representatives will be present at all sessions to answer your questions on Monash courses and services, including accommodation, scholarships and more. When and where will they be held?The sessions run from April to August 2009 and cover all regions of Victoria.
