Research students are highly valued for their contribution to the world-class research activity undertaken at Monash.
Research degrees are available to suitably qualified students who have appropriate undergraduate qualifications. Generous scholarships are also available and are awarded on a merit basis.
Students with previous research experience such as an honours degree or a masters degree with a research component may be eligible for direct entry to doctoral level programs.
Monash also offers a range of pathway programs including masters by a combination of research and coursework or postgraduate diplomas will enable students to progress to doctoral level programs.
