Our graduates are sought after by employers from all around the world. Known for their academic ability and reputation as independent learners, leaders and innovators, the majority of our graduates find full-time employment within a few months of graduation, often with a higher than average starting salary.

• We have been recognised for outstanding leadership qualities, academic excellence, and commitment to community service.

• Our students and graduates can use our career and employment services to seek work - an average of 25,000 job vacancies listed annually on the  Monash University Employment and Career Development website.

•  With formal agreements with more than 100 universities in 26 different countries, we give students the opportunity to study on exchange at the university of their choice for one or two semesters of their degree or at an international Monash campus, in Malaysia or South Africa.

• The Australian Universities Quality Agency commended Monash University for its support mechanisms for Higher Degree Research students which aim to provide a high quality research training experience. (Australian Universities Quality Agency report 2006, p 40.)
