Internal transfer for Monash students

Internal transfers offer another pathway for Monash students into particular courses such as Law or Pharmaceutical Science. If a student is studying for another degree at Monash and performing well, they may be able to transfer into the first year of selected courses. Students can apply to transfer within the same faculty or to another faculty.

For example, around 40 per cent of students enter Law through internal transfers each year. Many students enter a double degree with Law (eg Science/Law), which may still be completed in the minimum time.

This is an achievable option for students who don't meet the initial entry requirements for Law.
