The Student Recruitment Team - Onshore work directly with Careers Practitioners in schools, attend Career Group meetings, conduct presentations, organise school visits on campus, and attend events off-campus such as careers evenings, expos and seminars where they can meet and talk to students in person.

Jodie Martin-Blick
Associate Director, Future Students (Onshore)
Jodie oversees the Onshore Recruitment Team and is responsible for strategic recruitment planning and advice.

Helen O'Keeffe
Manager, Programs and High Achieving Students
Helen manages our key recruitment programs such as Monash Extension and the Monash Prize, and is the main contact for many major recruitment events. She also coordinates recruitment events and school liaison in South Australia.

Tamara Barth
Manager, Schools Recruitment
Tamara is primarily responsible for the management of the Student Recruitment team, enquiry team liaison and course materials. She is also responsible for school liaison in Queensland and Western Australia.
Tamara is a Monash graduate with a Bachelor of Communications and Bachelor of Business, studying at both the Clayton and Berwick campuses.

Rob Cioffi
Manager, Postgraduate and Non - School Leavers
Rob is responsible for Postgraduate, TAFE and international student recruitment. He is responsible for domestic and international student recruitment in New Zealand, including relationships with schools, foundation year programs and the management of Monash's education agent network within New Zealand. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science (Management) from the university of Maryland (UMUC), USA.

Britta Morrison, Student Recruitment Coordinator (Peninsula)
Britta coordinates recruitment events at the Peninsula campus, including Peninsula TIS and Tertiary Week, undertakes school liaison within the Peninsula region, and with schools outside the region who have students interested in Monash Peninsula’s offerings. At Undergraduate level Britta studied Arts (Professional Writing) at Deakin University, then went on to do Postgraduate studies in Management at Monash. Britta has been working in tertiary education for nine years in marketing, recruitment and administration roles.

Dr Corrie Williams, Student Recruitment Coordinator (Student & Teacher Engagement)
Corrie completed a science degree at Monash University, and went on to finish a PhD in the Biological Sciences in 1997. The topic of the study was the taphonomy of the Pamwak Site, Manus Island, PNG. The project involved identifying the types of animal bones in an archaeological site from 20,000 years ago to present and how they came to be in the site - were they collected by animals, died naturally, or collected and used by people. After completing her PhD, Corrie worked at the Monash Science Centre managing the Centres' exhibition program - designing, travelling and installing science themed exhibits around Australia, Japan, Argentina, Singapore, Taiwan, Timor-Leste and the USA.
Corrie has worked in the tertiary sector for the last twelve years and will coordinate a new program at the Future Students Office focussing on student and teacher engagement.

Eddie Oates, Student Recruitment Coordinator
Eddie is primarily responsible for Year 10 and 11 student engagement and major on-campus events. She is also responsible for school liaison in the ACT.
Eddie is a graduate of the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Communications in Public Relations and is currently studying the Graduate Diploma in Career Education and Development.

Richenda Sabo (nee Russell), Student Recruitment Coordinator
Richenda is primarily responsible for the TIS events held at Monash and regional student engagement. She is also responsible for school liaison in Tasmania.
Richenda is a Monash graduate with a Bachelor of Arts, studying at both the Peninsula and Clayton campuses.

Adinus Kohnesheen, Student Recruitment Coordinator
Adinus is primarily responsible for our website, careers update, major expos within Victoria, and Open Day. She is also responsible for school liaison in New South Wales.
Adinus is a Monash graduate with a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and Bachelor of Business (Management).

Ainsley O’Connell, Student Recruitment Officer
Ainsley is primarily responsible for international student recruitment within secondary schools and campus tours. She also attends recruitment events, TIS and undertakes school liaison in Victoria.
Ainsley is a graduate of Massey University in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Arts (Media Studies and English).

Maneesh Prakesh, Student Recruitment Officer
Maneesh is primarily responsible for our CRM database and recruitment activities. He also attends recruitment events, TIS and undertakes school liaison in Victoria.
Maneesh is internationally educated with a Bachelor of International Business and Marketing from American College Dublin and a Masters in Business Accounting from the University of South Australia.

Rachel Ung, Student Recruitment Officer, Programs
Rachel supports program development for high achieving students while also being responsible for the At Monash Seminars and Student Ambassador Program. She also attends recruitment events, TIS and undertakes school liaison in Victoria.
Rachel is a Monash graduate with a Bachelor of Arts and is currently undertaking a Master’s degree.

Daniela Praborini
Administrative Officer (Elite Students Programs)
Daniela coordinates Monash Extension, and other general recruitment and program administration.
