Some will travel from isolated rural areas, country towns, interstate or overseas. Other students see the change to tertiary study as a good opportunity to experience a more independent lifestyle and choose to leave home. Monash offers a variety of accommodation options at all campuses. Finding suitable accommodation is an important part of preparing for tertiary education. Monash Residential Services on each campus provides advice about on-campus and off-campus accommodation options, and students should contact them to discuss their individual needs and seek referral. Where on-campus accommodation is available, it may be worthwhile to make a trip to the relevant campus to view the facilities. |
