Female local student one: "Monash definitely does match the expectations that I had, I thought that it would be just a university with an average level of study but it actually excelled in every way. I'm very happy with the facilities, I'm very happy with the level of study, I'm happy with everything to do with it."

Male local student: "Does it match my expectations? I think it does. It's got great facilities, great campus with all the food and the lectures are very well set out and the courses are really clear."

Female local student two: "Before I came to Monash I anticipated a really difficult time in terms of, you know, it's going to be really hard to find different resources for study or it's just going to be difficult because it is the big wide world when compared to high school but, when I came, I found it to be really welcoming, it was easy to just meet up with friends, there are some really nice social places around campus. Also, in terms of the resources, everything is great, I can find all the material that I need, I've got all the databases and papers that I need for my research so it has been really good."
