On-campus living

On-campus accommodation options can include fully-catered and non-catered communal living in shared residential halls and colleges, or independent living in self-contained, self-catered units.

Off-campus living

Monash Residential Services can assist students to finds and secure off-campus accommodation.

• Private rentals
  Students may choose to live in private rental properties around campus. Monash Residential Services can assist or you can also look online for rental properties at RealEstate.com.au or Domain.com.au.

• Student accommodation
  Specialised apartment accommodation is available near most campuses.

• Homestay
  Homestay Accommodation Services offers international students the opportunity to live in a local home while studying in Australia. Homestay is suitable for stays ranging from a few weeks to many months. By living with an Australian family you will improve your English and get a closer understanding of Australian life.
