Living with a parent, custodian or eligible relative
Nominate a parent, custodian or eligible relative over the age of 21 with whom you will be staying.
| Step 1 |
Complete Under 18 care arrangements form (pdf 191kb) and send the completed and appropriately signed forms to Monash University International Recruitment Services office. |
| Step 2 |
Complete International Admissions Acceptance form (pdf 318kb) and provide payment |
| Step 3 |
Download (or complete form sent to you in under 18 package) the 'Parental/guardian authorisation for underage access' form (pdf 100kb), have your parents or guardian sign the form and send the form to the International Admissions office with your acceptance and accommodation and welfare documents. |
| Step 4 |
Send the completed and appropriately signed forms to the International Admissions office |
Step 5 |
Receive electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) from the International Admissions office.
An eCOE will be issued after the required deposit and acceptance documents have been received. |
| Step 6 |
Complete and submit to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship visa application form 157A. |
