Book your airport reception

Monash University welcomes all new international students with a free airport pick up service to take you to your accommodation.

To arrange a pick up, you must submit an airport pick up request form at least three working days before you arrive. Once your request has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email. Please print it out and bring it with you.

Once you arrive

A driver from Monash will meet you in the international terminal. If you are in the domestic terminal, ask airport staff to direct you - it is a short five to 10 minute walk. For more information and maps, you can visit the Melbourne International Airport website.

If you cannot find your driver, call the phone number on your confirmation email for help.

Family members

Family members arriving with you can also use this service. Please make sure you enter all their details in your airport pick up request form.

Cancellation fee

Please contact your campus student adviser if your plans change. If you book our pick up service but do not arrive at the time you've told us, you will have to pay a cancellation fee of A$100.
