Study abroad and exchange

Choosing Monash as your international study destination not only means you're becoming part of the top Australian university as voted by global CEOs. It also means you can take advantage of our study abroad and exchange opportunities - just like any other Monash student.

You might like to do an intercampus exchange to another Monash location - we have campuses in Australia, South Africa and Malaysia. Or you could go on exchange with one of our partner universities (we have more than 100) in 25 countries around the world - you might like to canoe the rapids in Lake Kenir, Malaysia, attend an American grid iron game, or feed red squirrels in Austria during your time away.

There are also lots of options for great internships with organisations like Oxfam or Monash Motorsport, or you could choose a short-term program organised by your faculty.

How to apply

There are some requirements unique to you (as an international student) - like choosing a destination other than your home country. But aside from that you're free to take up any exchange opportunity you like.
