Order promotional materials

You can order Monash publications through BPO Intelligence. If you have forgotten your login details, please email recruitment@monash.edu.

If you require faculty specific promotional materials you can email your request to your Monash University Regional Manager.

Agent Advertising Approval

All advertising that refers to Monash University or its affiliates must be approved by your Regional Manager. Please complete the Agent Advertising Approval Form and email it to your Regional Manager for review and approval.

  • include the type of enquiry and relevant student number in the subject line. For example, 'Subject: Commission enquiry #21368945'.

All late enrolment emails must include these details about the student:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Date of birth
  • Monash identification number
  • Course name
  • The date the student can enrol
  • The reason for the student’s late arrival.
