How to pay your fees

To accept your offer of a place at one of our Australian campuses, you must pay your fees by one of these four methods.

You will find the amount you have to pay in the offer we sent you. Nominate the payment method you are going to use on your acceptance documentation. Monash University does not accept cash.

1. Bankdraft

Ask the bank to make the draft payable to 'Monash University'. Mail the draft (or deliver in person) with your completed acceptance documentation to:

Please note that dishonoured bank drafts will incur a A$55 fee.

2. Online payment (Australian campuses only)

Western Union Business Solutions StudentPay system allows students to pay their fees outside Australia. You can use this system with your online banking account or take to your local bank branch to process.

3. Credit card

Download the credit card payment form and attach a copy with your completed acceptance documentation.

As the payment may be a large amount, please advise your bank of the amount that will be deducted on your card in the near future.

4. Telegraphic transfer (Australian campuses only)

• You must ask the bank to include your Student Name and ID Number as a reference otherwise we will not know that you have paid and your offer may lapse.
• Use the following account details to transfer the funds:

• Return a copy of your Telegraphic Transfer (TT) receipt with your completed acceptance documentation to mu.documents@monash.edu.

Returning your documents

Return your completed acceptance documentation with your payment before the offer lapse date. You will find the offer lapse date on your offer letter.
