Studying can be expensive. Please contact the Indigenous Student Services Unit if you need some temporary assistance with costs such as books. Alternatively you can apply for a student loan or emergency grant though Monash Student Financial Aid.

Financial support
Abstudy
Full-time Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students are eligible to apply for Abstudy. You may not be eligible if you are part-time, and Abstudy is means tested, meaning some people may not be eligible. All students should investigate the possibility of obtaining Abstudy.
The Indigenous Student Services Unit can assist with Abstudy applications.
