Acknowledgement of Country

In the spirit of reconciliation, Monash University acknowledges and pays respects to the traditional owners and elders, both past and present, of the land on which Monash University's six Australian campuses stand, the Wurundjeri (Berwick, Caulfield, Clayton and Parkville) and Bunurong (Peninsula) peoples of the Kulin nation and the Brayukaloong clan of the Gunnai/Kurnai people (Gippsland).

We acknowledge their living culture and unique role in the life of this region and offer our deep appreciation for their contribution to and support of our academic enterprise.
