At Monash Seminar Series

The seminars provide an opportunity for students, parents and teachers to gain an insight into courses and careers in a broad range of fields.

Seminar dates for 2009 are listed below. Complete the booking form to ensure your place at the seminars.

Seminar program

Faculty overview

Academic speakers will give an overview of courses offered by the faculties represented at the event. Topics covered will include course lengths, contact hours, new courses on offer and research trends.

Current students

Current Monash University students will provide a personal account of their experience within the faculty. This will include course expectations, revelations about student life and career aspirations.

Graduate students

Monash University graduates will provide information on their working life/career and the most rewarding outcomes since graduating from Monash and entering the workforce.

Questions and answers

This vital stage of the evening allows the audience to ask panel members specific questions.

Brochures and information

At the end of the seminar the relevant faculty will make course literature available and answer any remaining questions.
