Requirements for a Complete Enrolment

Enrolment is only complete when a student has completed the following:

  • Lodge a completed Enrolment Questionnaire
  • Obtain faculty approval for the units you seek to undertake. Your faculty will advise you if this is to be done via a 'Course Enrolment Form' or via the Web Enrolment System (WES).
  • For Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP) students only, completion of a 'Request for Commonwealth support and HECS-HELP' form (including a Tax File Number if the deferred/HECS-HELP payment option is chosen).
  • Payment of tuition fees (full-fee students) or Student Contribution Amount (CSP students)
  • Compliance with any other statutory requirements, eg. some students may be required to supply citizenship or visa information.

Enrolment Questionnaire: can be completed via the WES by all students.

Request for Commonwealth Support and HECS-HELP form: can be completed via the WES  by Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP) students.

Enrolment Questionnaire: can be completed via the Web Enrolment System (WES) by all students.

Failure to Complete the Enrolment Requirements

Failure to complete these enrolment requirements will result in your enrolment being cancelled/invalidated.

International students whose enrolment is cancelled must return to their home country.
