Cross Institutional Enrolments

Students at other tertiary institutions may wish to study at Monash for credit towards their course at their home university. To apply you must complete an ‘Application for cross institutional study’ form which is available from the relevant faculty office. Additionally, the application must include a letter of permission from your home institution.

If you are admitted at Monash you must enrol at both your home university and at Monash. If you are offered a Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP) at Monash then you must also complete a ‘Request for Commonwealth Support and HECS-HELP’ form even if you have completed one at your home university.

The provision of a CSP at your home institution does not automatically guarantee the provision of a CSP at Monash. The enrolment as a full-fee student at your home institution does not preclude Monash from considering you for a CSP at Monash.
