This programme is for students hungry for knowledge, wishing to develop their critical thinking and analysis, and passionate about adding sustainable value globally and locally.
Graduates, who are sought after for their specialist expertise, will have comprehensive and relevant business-related research skills, the ability to contribute to meeting key global business and society challenges, and a clear pathway to academic or industry research careers.
Monash's Faculty of Business and Economics has been awarded international business school accreditation by the Brussels based European Quality Improvement System, better known as EQUIS. The accreditation establishes us as one of the world's leading higher education institutions in management and business.
The Bachelor of Business Sciences Honours degree has been designed specifically with Monash South Africa students in mind. It offers the opportunity for advanced study in the specialist business areas of marketing and management in an intensively-supported and well-structured advanced programme of independent study that is locally relevant but globally focused.
We run a range of workshops before and during the academic year to provide additional support to your study programme. These cover areas such as SPSS (predictive analytics software) and statistics, using databases, applying for ethical clearance, writing a research proposal, and writing articles.
Honours means opportunity - students who receive first class honours will be invited to apply for a PhD programme at Monash's Australian or Malaysian campuses.
