Entry requirementsMinimum entrance requirementsVCE units 3 and 4 with a study score of at least 30 in English (ESL) or 25 in any other English and a study score of at least 20 in any two of chemistry, biology, mathematical methods, physics or specialists mathematics. Minimum entrance requirements for non-school-leaversNon Year 12 applicants will apply through VTAC. Applicants will be assessed considering the entire academic record including GPA; UMAT; and interview. Non Year 12 applicants must also meet the Year 12 prerequisite subjects either at Year 12 level or equivalent tertiary studies. Successful completion of two semesters (Semester 1 & 2) of tertiary studies in the prerequisite VCE subjects at a recognised tertiary institution would be considered comparable to VCE success in those subjects.
