This course is designed to provide radiographers with the academic framework for the development of a range of supervisory, problem-solving and leadership skills in relation to specific technologies. The course is offered in two streams - Computed Tomography (CT) or General Radiography. The course not available to international student visa holders who wish to undertake the course in Australia.
Graduates may move into supervisory or management roles within the radiographic practice field.

Applicants will generally be graduates of a three year bachelor's degree in radiography and medical imaging or equivalent, who have at least one year of clinical experience following completion of the professional development year and have attained their Statement of Accreditation from the Australian Institute of Radiography (AIR) or equivalent professional qualification. The Department of Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences will individually assess those applicants holding other radiography qualifications for admission. Prior to admission to radiographic and CT units, applicants must provide evidence verifying that they are engaged in related clinical practice.
