Why study Master of Applied Finance and Master of Business (Accounting)?

The course aims to provide graduates with theoretical constructs and their applications for their work as finance professionals in the financial services industry and other business sectors. This course is also designed to enhance and develop the knowledge and skills of accounting graduates in public practice, industry and academia.

Minimum entrance requirements

Applicants must have completed an Australian bachelor degree with a major in accounting and a major in finance or an equivalent qualification. Applicants will be ranked accordingly based on their entire academic record, and a 65% average is preferred with due consideration given to relevant employment experience.

International entry requirements

Applicants must have completed an Australian bachelor degree with a major in accounting and a major in finance or an equivalent qualification. Applicants will be ranked accordingly based on their entire academic record, and a 65% average is preferred with due consideration given to relevant employment experience.

English requirements for international students

Minimum overall test score required is 6.5. The individual band scores required: reading 6.0, listening 6.0, writing 6.0, speaking 6.0, or TOEFL 600 with a TWE of 5, or an internet-based TOEFL score of 100 with 24 plus in writing and no section lower than 20.

Enrolment obligation
