Why study Faculty Certificate in Human Services Management?

This course meets the needs of professionals in the social, community and human services sectors who have moved from direct practice into management roles, but do not hold an appropriate undergraduate degree. The curriculum includes program planning and evaluation, and management and leadership, and offers a unique focus on exploring the role, function and responsibilities of the human services organisation in rural, regional and urban environments. The course allows students to adapt topics and assignments to their own experience and professional contexts.
