The Postgraduate Certificate in Mentoring and Coaching provides a systematic introduction to the theories and practices of mentoring and coaching, and is an excellent option for those who want a formal qualification in mentoring and coaching, but do not want to undertake a full masters degree. If you decide to continue your studies, the postgraduate certificate may fully articulate into the Master of Education. The course responds to the widespread introduction of mentoring and coaching initiatives across the community, and the demand for people with the skills and knowledge to design and facilitate successful mentoring programs. The course will give you: Understanding of the methodology, theory and practice of mentoring and coaching; skill development in formal mentoring and project design, co-ordination and review; and an understanding of mentoring and coaching in a variety of contexts.
