The program provides students with a systematic and integrated response to organisational processes and imperatives relating to new concepts of leadership; the effective functioning of organisations; teambased approaches to work; mechanisms for assuring quality; flexible and lifelong learning; and organisational designs for the future. Exit point: Students may exit the program after successful completion of two units with a Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Leadership, subject to completion of the appropriate units.
