Why study Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Leadership?

The program provides students with a systematic and integrated response to organisational processes and imperatives relating to new concepts of leadership; the effective functioning of organisations; team based approaches to work; mechanisms for assuring quality; flexible and learning for the lifespan; and organisational designs for the future.

Exit point: Students may exit the program after successful completion of two units with a Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Leadership, subject to completion of the appropriate units.

Graduates work in adult vocational education and training, business research, management and administration, education, human resources, industrial relations, and organisational management.

Minimum entrance requirements

Applicants must hold an approved three-year bachelors degree in a relevant field with a credit average in the final year; or an approved fourth year of study; or an approved four year bachelors degree; or have qualifications or experience that the faculty considers to be equivalent to, or a satisfactory substitute for the above. Applicants who are not native speakers of English will be required to demonstrate substantial competence in written and spoken English by one of the approved methods before admission. Enrolment obligation
