The two-unit Postgraduate Certificate in Organisational Leadership recognises that leaders in organisations are educators and must know about and have responsibility for exemplary leadership skills; the development of their people; effective organisational communication; the mentoring of staff; knowledge management; and the application of robust performance management. The program provides students with a systematic response to organisational processes and imperatives relating to new concepts of leadership; the effective functioning of organisations; team-based approaches to work; mechanisms for assuring quality; flexible and lifelong learning; and organisational designs for the future. Students may apply to continue to the Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Leadership or the Master in Organisational Leadership.
