Career opportunities

As both science and biomedical science graduates are highly employable, this double degree will increase your career prospects. You'll be well prepared to work in the healthcare and medical-related industries, as well as areas that require fundamental science knowledge and skills.

Employment opportunities exist in pharmaceutical industries, research institutes, industry development and product technology, where highly skilled, critical thinkers are valued.

Other employment possibilities include hospitals and medical industries, the government sector and health communications and promotion.

You can also progress to further study, such as an honours year or graduate entry programs.
