Course overviewThis course bridges the gap between technology and the law and produces aeronautical engineers skilled in the legal, corporate and political arenas. The Monash law degree will teach you the concepts, procedures and reasoning surrounding the Australian legal system, as well as a range of universal skills such as problem solving, presentation techniques and analytical skills. You will undertake a number of compulsory units including criminal law, administrative law, property law and torts and also choose several elective units allowing you to focus on a specific area of law, or undertake units from different legal disciplines so you can gain a broad understanding of issues across the legal spectrum.The aerospace engineering component of this degree develops strength in core discipline areas of aerodynamics, aerospace materials, aerospace structures, propulsion and aerospace instrumentation and control. This is an exciting specialist area of engineering and graduates will be highly sought-after in both the legal and aerospace industries.
