Course overview

This eight-unit program is designed for students who are seeking a postgraduate applied business law qualification. This course is of direct relevance to those involved in commerce, either as legal advisers or in the private, commercial or government sectors. It particularly focuses on current legal issues in today's business world in order to prepare students for the growing range of opportunities in legal compliance. The program has been designed to link with other postgraduate programs, which enables students to complete up to half of their units from an extensive range of graduate units offered by the Faculty of Law within the Master of Commercial Law.
