Master of Business Law for 2010

Course overview

This course is designed to provide theoretical and practical knowledge in business law and to develop an understanding of and an ability to analyse a wide range of legal problems arising in the practice of business law.

It particularly focuses on current legal issues in today's business world in order to prepare students for the growing range of opportunities in legal compliance.

The program has been designed to link with other postgraduate programs, which enables students to complete up to half of their units from an extensive range of graduate units offered by the Faculty of Law within the Master of Commercial Law.

Career outlook

This course will enhance legal skills for students seeking placements in legal, commercial and governmental regulatory and compliance positions, especially in Australia and Asia.
