Why study Master of Multimedia?

This course is offered jointly through the Faculty of Art Design and Architecture and the Faculty of Information Technology. No art or design background is required for enrolment in this program. The course attracts people from a broad cross-section - educators, lawyers, marketers, consultants and business people alike. The units are a blend of studio practice and lectures. Coursework units, taken over three semesters, cover the areas of multimedia imaging, graphic design, multimedia tools, developing multimedia systems, issues for multimedia practice, and multimedia interfaces. Entry and exit points: All students enrol in the Master of Multimedia, but can choose to exit the course after one or two semesters of full-time study. After successfully completing one semester's study, students can exit with a graduate certificate, or after completing two semesters they may exit with a graduate diploma.
