The Graduate Certificate articulates into a Graduate Diploma and Master of Wound Care. This further study provides students with the opportunity to specialise in an area of wound care relevant to their practice. In some instances, graduates are entitled to extra salary increments and allowances.
The Graduate Certificate in Wound Care assists health professionals to develop their understanding of wound care and upgrade their qualifications in this specialty area. The core component of this course will provide health care professionals with the theoretical foundation for contemporary wound care practices. Students are also provided with an opportunity to explore topics of interest or specialty practice from a range of elective units.
