Why study Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management?

This eight-unit course has been designed for graduates from a range of disciplines who wish to develop their management and human resource knowledge and skills. The course examines current theories and models of human resource management, human resource development, and industrial relations and their links to management functions.

Entry requirements

International entry requirements

Applicants must have completed an Australian bachelor degree or an equivalent qualification. Applicants will be ranked based on their entire academic record, and a 55% average is preferred with due consideration given to relevant employment experience.

English requirements for international students

Minimum overall test score required is 6.5. The individual band scores required: reading 6.0, listening 6.0, writing 6.0, speaking 6.0, or TOEFL 600 with a TWE of 5, or an internet-based TOEFL score of 100 with 24 plus in writing and no section lower than 20.

Enrolment obligation

International students enrolling in a CRICOS-registered course can study no more than 25% of their course by distance and/or online learning. Students cannot enrol exclusively in distance and/or online learning study in any compulsory study period. See standard 9.4 of The National Code 2007.
