Graduates can pursue a career in teaching or in educational research. The Monash Honours award marks the recipient as having in-depth knowledge and advanced research skills, and gives them an edge in the job market.

Entry requirements

Minimum entrance requirements

Students will be eligible for admission to the Honours degree of Bachelor of Education within five years of the year of completion of a relevant undergraduate degree (eg BA/BEd, BPrimEd). Normally, students must achieve an average grade of distinction or higher in the final two years of study. English requirements: See the English Language Requirements web page
