Course overview

The Master of Laws (Commercial Law) allows law graduates to choose from an extensive range of units covering topics across the domestic and international commercial law arena. Our range of commercial law units is certain to cater to your career aspirations and interests, providing you with a springboard from which to launch your career in this complex and ever-evolving legal area. This course may be completed by undertaking eight coursework units (at least five in the area of commercial law) or a combination of coursework and a minor research thesis.
