The Graduate Diploma in Law (Commercial Law) enables students to choose from an extensive range of units covering topics across the domestic and international commercial law arena. Our extensive range of commercial law units are sure to cater to your career aspirations and interests, providing you with the knowledge you need to launch your career in this complex and ever-evolving legal area. While this course normally comprises eight coursework units, applicants holding an undergraduate degree may be given credit for up to four units for recognised work experience or prior learning.

Minimum entrance requirements

A Bachelor of Laws or equivalent legal qualification, or a recognised undergraduate degree with a minimum credit average. Applicants who do not hold an undergraduate degree may be admitted if they have relevant qualifications and experience in this area of specialisation (ie. commercial or commercial law).
