This four-unit faculty award caters for the needs of managers who have significant experience but who do not have a first degree. It offers a flexible and relevant program for managers who need to enhance their practical knowledge and skills at a graduate level.Students select four units from any of the graduate-diploma-level courses offered by Monash's Faculty of Business and Economics.The program provides a pathway into graduate diplomas for those who attain an average grade of credit or above throughout their studies.

Candidates for admission must have at least six years of relevant employment experience, and have been either an owner manager or in a management/supervisory position or administering expenditure in excess of $500,000 pa for at least two years, and be recommended by their employer or, if self-employed, provide suitable references.
