By specialising in psychology, you will add intellectual rigour to your degree in community welfare and counselling. You'll have the opportunity to work across a range of practice fields including counselling, child protection, family support, homelessness, community corrections, youth justice, community development, aged care, family violence, and research and policy analysis. With further education and training you may work as a psychologist.
The Bachelor of Community Welfare and Counselling is recognised by the Australian Community Workers Association
The Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) is an Australian Psychology Accreditation Council-accredited course.
