Entry requirementsMinimum entrance requirementsEquivalent Australian Year 12. English requirements: See the English Language Requirements web page VCE prerequisitesUnits 1 and 2-two units of general mathematics or mathematical methods (either). Units 3 and 4-one of biology, chemistry, mathematical methods (either), physics, geography, psychology or specialist mathematics and a study score of at least 30 in English (ESL) or 25 in any other English. International Baccalaureate subject prerequisitesEnglish at a minimum of grade four at standard level and one of psychology, geography, biology, physics, chemistry, mathematical methods (SL or HL) or further mathematics Special application requirementsVTAC Non Year 12 applicants only: Applicants must complete and submit a VTAC Pi form detailing relevant work experience and community involvement. In addition, applicants to this course are advised to include evidence in their VTAC Pi form of how they have fulfilled the equivalent of the listed Mathematics prerequisite units.
