Honours degree of Bachelor of Business for 2010

Course overview

Honours students receive the training necessary to conduct independent high-quality research and will develop analytical and critical skills, and an awareness of emerging developments in their chosen field of business. Students choose from: management, marketing or taxation. Honours in accounting, finance, econometrics and economics are offered through the Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) or the Bachelor of Economics (Honours) on the Clayton campus.

Honours graduates have special expertise valued by employers and therefore have a competitive advantage in the job market. The Honours year also prepares students to undertake higher degrees by research, MPhil, PhD.
