Course overview
This course in organisational psychology is accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council and is designed to satisfy the fifth and sixth-year requirements of the Psychologists' Registration Board of Victoria for specialist registration as an organisational psychologist.It includes completion of coursework, a minor thesis, and supervised professional practice (125 days). Core units include: personnel assessment; recruitment selection and appraisal; workgroups, teams, training and development; multivariate statistics; contemporary organisational psychology, organisational change and development; and psychological interventions in organisations.
