Honours graduates have special expertise valued by employers and therefore have a competitive advantage in the job market. The honours year also prepares students to undertake higher degrees by research MPhil, PhD.
This one-year, full-time course offers selected students the opportunity to study aspects of their undergraduate major in depth. Specialisations under the Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) include accounting, business law and taxation, econometrics, economics, economics and econometrics, finance, finance and econometrics, management and marketing.
