Course overview

Exponential growth in new technologies, intense global competition and the elimination of industry boundaries has increased the external and internal challenges currently faced by managers.

This course focuses on flexibility and agility at an individual and organisational level. It does so by exploring the fundamentals of individual, group and organisational behaviour and performance, organisational dynamics, and the importance of self-awareness, learning and self-management.
