All applicants must meet the University's minimum English language requirements.

Please note that the current English language requirements below will be changing from mid-year (second semester) 2008 intake. For the new English language requirements please visit the English language requirements mid-2008 and beyond website.

You can meet these requirements in one of the following ways:

1. Studying English at Year 12 or equivalent

You have achieved a satisfactory level of performance in an English subject at Year 12 or equivalent level. For Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) students, this means a study score of at least 25 in units 3 and 4 in any VCE English subject for undergraduate study.

For postgraduate study, a study score of at least 30 in units 3 and 4 in any VCE English subject is required.
