North Units

The North Units are for returning residents only. They are located immediately adjacent to the main campus opposite the N3 Car Park.

These are double storey solid brick buildings accommodating either 10 or 12 students, with an attached flat.

Bedrooms are of similar lay out and size to those in the West Units (approx 10 sq metres) with built in study desk and chair, shelving and double wardrobe, an internet connection point as well as most bedding. Each floor has a separate bathroom, toilet and shower rooms, as well as a washing machine and clothes dryer provided in each unit. Upstairs bedrooms are accessible only by stairways.

The lounge/common room is very large, as too is the fully equipped kitchen area; both of which are located on the ground floor.

These units have central heating as well as a gas wall furnace in the common room area.

These are very popular units, close to the main campus buildings and have only a small community of 22 students. These two units are reserved for returning students.

Please note that there are NO meals provided in the North Units, but may be available from the Campus Cafeteria. Cleaning is provided on a weekly basis in the communal areas.
