All students are advised that the International Mews is designed to accommodate students 18 years of age and over, as supervision of the residents is minimal, with a greater emphasis placed on independent living. Monash Residential Services feels that students under the age of 18 years require a higher level of support. Monash Residential Services does have accommodation options at the Halls of Residence, Clayton Campus suitable for residents turning 18 years during their first year in residnce.

All students are advised that Monash Residential Services issues Offers for Residency at the International Mews via email. Students are to ensure a current and reliable email address is included on their application form. Monash Residential Services accepts no responsibility for a student not receiving an Offer of Residency for accommodation at the International Mews if the email address supplied by the student is invalid at the time the offer is sent.
