Life at Monash

Monash South Africa is in Ruimsig, in the province of Gauteng, 25 kilometres northwest of the Johannesburg city centre. Monash South Africa marries a strong commitment to community engagement, volunteering and excellence in water research with a wild and exciting setting – your time here could be spent exploring game reserves, teaching maths to local school children or helping to address Africa’s water management challenges one drop at a time.

Sunway was Monash University's first international campus. Located 18 kilometres from the bustling centre of Kuala Lumpur, the campus has more than 5000 students. Sunway has a vibrant, global atmosphere – about one quarter of the student body is international.

Streamlined visa processing

Choosing Monash as your Australian study abroad destination means you’ll benefit from streamlined and fast-tracked visa application and processing times.

We don’t require any additional documentation for you to be a part of streamlined visa processing, because we’re approved by the Australian Government to access the Department of Immigration and Citizenship's Streamlined Visa Processing (SVP) arrangements under the Student Visa Program.
