Can’t make the expo? Why not attend an information or open advising session instead.

Our exchange and experience expo is the "must-attend" event if you want to broaden your horizons by studying overseas, help your students choose the best abroad study options or just want to know more about Monash Abroad.


At the expo you can:

  • talk face-to-face with overseas partners
  • get advice from Monash Abroad coordinators
  • open your mind to a world of global programs at Monash.

Our global presentation series is an exciting first for Monash Abroad. This day-long event is packed full of presentations for students, professionals and academics. Find out how to fund your overseas trip, get practical tips for providing support through your faculty and hear success staff from academics leading programs in Prato, Italy.

For overseas partners and staff

If you are a Monash partner university or run an overseas study program the Monash Abroad Exchange and Experience Expo is the perfect place to showcase your study abroad opportunities.
Partners who come from overseas to take part will receive a welcome package that includes:

  • $100 Monash Shop and Gift Emporium voucher
  • Pre-paid Myki card to use on Melbourne public transportation
  • 500 promotional postcards specifically aimed at promoting your institution to outbound Monash students
  • Student packs including Monash T-shirts/hoodies and promotional materials
  • $100 STA voucher for one of your students who will study at Monash
  • A booth space to showcase your institution or services to Monash students.

Getting to Monash

Taxi - Instruct the driver to take you to Monash University, Clayton and drop you off in front of the Alexander Theatre (building seven). It should cost approximately $50 from the city.

Public transport - Take the Pakenham or Cranbourne line from any city loop stations (Melbourne Central, Flinders Street, Parliament or Southern Cross stations) to Huntingdale Station. You will then take the 601 shuttle bus that goes direct to Monash University, Clayton. You can also take the 900 or 630 bus. You will only need a Zone 1 ticket. Be sure to touch on and touch off with your Myki card.
